Alias on Analyze page - Enhancement
On the Analyze page for any provider type, the alias will appear at the top left of the provider information panel next to the provider's name.
To show how this works, let's follow the steps of changing an Alias.
First, click on the at the top right of the provider information panel.
The panel will expand down - click on Edit (see below)
Then click on the Alias field and add the alias of your choice.
Your new alias will appear at the top next to the provider's name.
Click on Save.
You can add any alias you want. In the example above, we have identified the home health agency as "My Agency."
Remember that any alias you set will be visible to all users in your company. If you name your agency as "My Agency" every user in your company who searches for their "My Agency" will also find your "My Agency." The industry best practice that our Customer Success team suggests is that your company set all "My Agency" providers with unique codes that are identifiable.
New Tile - Readmission Rate: 30-Day MA
On the Home Health Analyze page we have added a new tile named Readmission Rate: 30-Day MA. See image.
The metric is the readmission rate for Medicare Advantage patients treated by the selected agency.
We have included county and state benchmarks to help with evaluation.
The tile for Fee For Service Readmissions has been updated to include FFS to make it easy to identify the two different metrics.
New Table – Top 5 Sources on Home page
On the Home page, under the Physicians or Facilities tab, we have added “Top 5 Physician Sources” and “Top 5 Facility Sources”. The sources shown will be reflective of your chosen ‘My Default Agency”.
This new table will be on the left of the page, with “My Lists” on the right.
As a user, this will help you have more actionable and data-driven insights for your default agency as soon as you log in to Marketscape Insights.
Your “My Default Agency” selection will remain in place as you navigate to Sales Spotlight.
Globe Selector – Added CRM
In the Marketscape Insights modules, we have added “CRM” as an option in the Globe Selector.
As a user, this will help you easily navigate from Marketscape Insights to CRM.
Enhancement - Location Filter now "Sticky"
On the Explore page, when filtering by location, the selection made will remain in place throughout your navigation between Physicians, Facilities, and Agencies. Also, when you navigate to and from the Analyze page, the filter will continue to remain in place, until a new selection is made, or the filter is cleared.
You will no longer need to set up the location filter as you view different providers on the Explore page.
