New Non-MA Explore Metrics added to our MA data upgrade!
What: New metrics on the Physician, Facility, and HHA Explore page for customers who have purchased the upgrade
Why: These additional metrics provide deeper insight into overall patient volumes and help identify potential referral opportunities by payer mix. Users can better evaluate market share, payer distribution, and growth opportunities across referral sources.
Facility Analyze > Destinations by TEAM Episode Category
What: Patient destinations for each TEAM Episode Category have been added to the existing FFS HHA Destinations table with additional options included in the existing drop down filter
- Why: Users can now see which post-acute providers are destinations for patients in each TEAM Episode Category. This enables more strategic targeting and partnership development aligned to specific episode types.
MA Contracts: Hospital Patient Utilization Trends
What: A new Hospital Patient Utilization Trends table has been added to the Utilization tab within MA Contract Details, showing inpatient utilization for MA contract enrollees from 2019-2023
Why: Users can now analyze historical inpatient utilization trends for a selected MA contract, supporting contract evaluation, strategic planning, and partnership discussions.

CMS TEAM Episode Category grid - new category called "Average Total Spend Per Patient (Inpatient + 30 Days Post Discharge)
What: Metrics to show the average total spend per patient for each TEAM episode category, for the applicable hospital, state, and county
Why: Compare spend per patient, by TEAM category, at the selected hospital to the state and county averages
