New Q1 2021 Data Now Available
We’re excited to announce Marketscape’s quarterly data update, including 100% of Medicare Part A and Part B claims from Q1 2021 as well as Medicare Advantage and Commercial Claims for lives 65+.
A data update means newly updated Sales Spotlight metrics. Be sure to review the latest data on your referral sources and your top competitors by visiting the Sales Spotlight tab of your Physician Analyze pages.
Trella Marketscape Mobile is here!
We designed Trella Marketscape Mobile for sales reps to review top metrics and evaluate new opportunities and physician connections on their mobile devices! This Mobile application is included in all Marketscape subscriptions and available to download in either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store! After downloading onto your phone, log in using your Marketscape email and password. You can select “Forgot your password?” and reset your password from your mobile device if needed. Depending on your device, you can also save the credentials to your password organizer on your device. At this time, face or touch ID recognition is not available. | ![]() |
Use the home screen to find referral sources that you’ve already captured as assignments, targets, or favorites in either Marketscape Desktop or Trella Marketscape mobile. Tap a provider name to view top metrics, view and email Physician Sales Spotlight and Hospital Sales Spotlight and Conversation Starters. If you do not see any providers under "Assignments," your company’s Trella Health account administrator can bulk upload any assignment lists that you have! Until you have assignments, you can use the global search in the top right corner to find a provider, click to view the top metrics page, then add to your lists from the icons there!
How does Mobile differ from Marketscape Desktop?
Trella Marketscape Mobile provides the most relevant and useful metrics in a simple format. The desktop version provides far more comprehensive content. The following table shows the basic difference between the mobile and desktop applications.

Hospital Sales Spotlight Now Available
The Hospital Sales Spotlight is now available in Marketscape for Home Health! Sales Spotlight summarizes the most valuable metrics for home health referral conversations into an accessible one-pager for reps on-the-go. This feature also translates these metrics into a pre-written script of talking points that prove the value of your home health agency to new and existing hospital referral sources. Features include:

- HHA Hospitalization Rate: SOC to 30 Days
- HHA Readmission Rate: 30-Day
- HHA Average Medicare Days per Stay
- With the Conversation Starters toggle, you can quickly transform all metrics in Sales Spotlight into an easy-to-decipher sentence format.
Whether it’s comparing your agency against the top agency destination or against state and county averages, Sales Spotlight automatically populates with whatever story will shine the brightest light on your agency’s capabilities to compete against your competitors.
If you want the Sales Spotlight data to populate for another of your company's agencies, simply select a different location from the “My Agency” dropdown.
If you do not see an agency that should be there, reach out to your company's Trella Health account administrator.
Hospital Sales Spotlight Email
For quick and easy sales call preparation, you can now send the insights in Sales Spotlight to your inbox. Simply click the green “Email Sales Spotlight” button at the top of the Sales Spotlight tab, select your recipient, and click send. You will receive the email within minutes to the email account associated with your Trella Health account.
New Feature for Account Admins - Bulk Provider Assignment Upload
Admins can now easily upload multiple assignments by populating NPI’s and assigned user’s email addresses in the User section within the Admin site. This simpler process will keep lists up to date and customized for your users through the Bulk Assignment feature.
