Presentation Management Made Easier
Our new presentation format will prevent tiles from taking up screen space and information will now be displayed within a table. The presentation table will include NPIs, created date, and provider type, allowing you to filter and sort as needed.
Inclusive View of Your Assignments, Targets, and Favorites
On the Home page, we’ve created a new view for My Lists which includes your assignments, targets, and favorites all within one table. You have the ability to toggle the content in the table to limit it to what you want to see.
Sub-Specialty Filter Added to Physician Explore
We’ve enhanced our Specialty Filter to include sub-specialties. We’ve updated the taxonomy of specialties to align with industry standards. For current saved views, the existing specialty will be migrated to this new taxonomy.
You may see minor changes in the physician results on explore due to the migration, but there will be a more accurate description in the specialty.
You can either type the sub-specialty name in the search field, OR click through from specialty to sub-specialty.
Search for Nephrology
Click on "Internal Medicine" then "Nephrology.
Fewer Filters displayed by default on Explore page
In order to make the Explore page more user-friendly, we’ve hidden some of our current filters to make the sorting process more efficient. The most utilized filters will still appear, such as location, specialty, and range filters, and you will be able to select the ‘more filters’ button to display all filters available.
Manager Column added to Login Reports
Account Admins and Sales Managers are now able to see each user’s manager in a new column in the Login Report table. The column is added by using the Column manager button at the top left of the table. Export the report to an Excel Spreadsheet in order to look at usage by individual manager.
Other Enhancements:
My Agency NPI removed as Sales Spotlight Benchmark. Your agency’s NPI will no longer be compared against other agencies in our Sales Spotlight feature. If the physician's top destination is one of your own agency branches, the sales spotlight will default to state or county averages.
Top Destinations will Default to Match Destinations. Moving forward, Top Destinations will default to match Destinations on a Facility. If the destinations drop down is inpatient, the insights destinations will be for inpatient as well.
Comparison Lists added to Analyze Page. You will now be able to add to lists from your Analyze Page, making the list easier to access while viewing a provider.
The Inpatient Option is Now the Default Drop Down. We’ve changed the default drop down to inpatient when looking at the Facility Sources within your Sources Tab on the Analyze page, allowing the automatic settings to better match your needs.
