Overview
As a Solution Administrator, you are able to manage your users. This is a set of tools available to anyone who has the MS - Admin role.
This article will show you how to navigate to the Marketscape Admin tools, a summary of the Manage Users Interface, and a summary of user setup options.

Navigating to the Administrative tools
There are two ways to navigate to the Admin tools:

If you are currently logged in to Marketscape, the link above will open to show you the tools. If you are not logged in, you will be able to log in with your username and password.
- If you are logged in and viewing Marketscape, you can click on the globe at the bottom left of all Marketscape pages and select Admin.
The Interface
When you navigate to admin tools, the page will look like this. The table contains a list of all users in your company who have accounts.
By default, the table will show all users, those with either active or inactive accounts.
Left Navigation provides access to other tools available to solution administrators. In this article we will only examine the Manage Users page.
- The filters at the top allow you to limit which of your users are visible in the table. A summary of the filters are in the following table.

If your company has multiple lines of business, you can filter the user's in the table according to which lines of business they have been assigned.

This filter will allow you to limit the table to users who match the selected role.

Using this filter you will be able to limit the users in the table by the states to which they have access.

Global Search - You can search any of the content visible in the table - names, usernames, email addresses, etc.
You can use partial entries, for example; if I am looking for accounts for Trella Health employees, I could search for "trella" and find every email domain that includes @trellahealth.com.
Table of Users
Each row in the table includes information for each user in your company. For each entry, you have two tools you can use:

to edit a user's account. Editing an account has the same options as creating a new account with two exceptions:
- Click the "+" sign. This will open a panel that contains some summary information about the account for the selected user. Click the "-" sign to hide the panel.
And, since clarity is always preferable to guessing, here are some descriptions:
- First Row includes username, full name, email address, account status and the date of the last login.
- Welcome Email Sent - When an admin sets up a new account, they have the option to send a welcome email to the new user's email address with instructions on how to log in for the first time. If this email is sent, the date it was sent is listed.
- Last Password Reset - The date of the last password reset will be listed .
- Home Health Markets - This will include a list of all markets (States) available to the selected user in Marketscape for Home Health. This listing will only be present if the user has access to Home Health as a line of business.
- Hospice Markets - This will include a list of all markets (States) available to the selected user in Marketscape for Hospice. This listing will only be present if the user has access to Hospice as a line of business.
- Skilled Nursing Facility Markets - This will include a list of all markets (States) available to the selected user in Marketscape for Skilled Nursing. This listing will only be present if the user has access to Skilled Nursing as a line of business.
- User Roles - Each user should only have one role from the four available. Whichever role they have been assigned will be listed in this row.
- User Email - The user's email address.

When you click one of the buttons shown below, you will be given the option of exporting the contents of the table as either a .PDF file or as an Excel Spreadsheet.
Click on the Globe in the bottom left corner to navigate to the Marketscape products to which you have access.
