For those of you new to Marketscape, visit our Welcome to Marketscape article to learn more about Trella’s redesigned solution.
Email Notifications
Stay up to date with your assignments and keep track of any changes by receiving daily emails with alerts when a provider is assigned to or removed from you by another member of your organization. Emails are sent per line of business. Those with both Home Health and Hospice access will receive separate emails for each. (Coming in May)
PDGM Resources
With PDGM’s January 2020, rollout, Trella introduced a PDGM tab on agency Analyze pages. This tab provides your agency’s percentage breakdown of institutional vs. community referrals, early vs. late payment periods, and comorbidity adjustments by clinical grouping. You can compare your agency’s admission sources and timing to state averages to determine where you stand and where you may need to adjust.
With this PDGM resource built into Marketscape, we will be removing the PDGM Pro link from look-up and detail pages in the original Market Intelligence solution.
New Resource Center Icon Added
Looking for the Resource Center? You can find the new icon located in the bottom right of your screen.
Sort Columns on the Home Page
Column sorting functionality on Explore tables is now available on the Home page. You can sort through the columns on the Favorite, Targets, and Accounts tables. Find what you are looking for faster and with ease.
Updates to Admin Solution
For those with admin access, we heard you and have fixed several bugs. These include:
- Correcting issues with date ranges on login reports
- Enabling the ability to search using the customer dropdown
- Correcting weekly login and usage reports
- Removing errors after changing a user's account
An addition to admin is a User ID column on the User table. This is a read-only column containing system generated ID numbers for each member of your organization. This column can be added as an optional column on Reports that have a user breakout (Login Summary by User, Login Detail, Page Report).
Other Enhancements
“Hospitalization” Metric Changed to "30 Day Hospitalization Rate" on Explore and Insights: The previous metric was a two-year rate that looked at hospitalizations during and within 30 days after home health discharge. This has been replaced with the 30-day hospitalization rate, which looks at hospitalizations within 30 days from the start of a home health admission. This metric was only changed on Insights and Explore.
“Street Address” Column Added to Explore Page: To see increased detail, especially when exporting, you can now select the Street Address column. This column is hidden by default.
