For those of you new to Marketscape, visit our Welcome to Marketscape article to learn more about Trella’s redesigned solution. Since launching Marketscape, Trella has continued to deliver additional functionality and enhancements based on the top feedback items we’ve received from customers. Access to our original solution will end March 31st. You can access recorded webinar training sessions and materials from our Marketscape Transition Key Dates and Information article.
Manage and Understand Your Organization’s Users
Permissioned account administrators can now access the admin solution directly within Marketscape. Manage NPI groups, roles, and action groups, in addition to pulling reports.
Save Your Customizations to the Explore Table
When you add, remove, or rearrange the order of columns on the Explore table, your custom configuration will persist after page refreshes and logouts. You can edit your view manually by selecting or deselecting columns to display from the hamburger menu in addition to dragging and dropping columns to reorder them. Your custom configuration will be reflected when you export to Excel and PDF files.
To accommodate scrolling on larger screens and allow for easier readability while viewing rows of data, the Explore table’s header will remain frozen at the top of the page.
Target or Favorite Providers from Additional Tables
Favoriting and targeting providers is even easier and more accessible than before. You’ll now find clickable, in-row icons within the Sources and Destinations tables on Analyze pages, as well as in the Market Share table on the Market Share report.
Make Presentations Yours
To allow for maximum customization, you can now remove tables and charts from custom and Plan my Visit presentations. A highly requested enhancement, simply click on the trash can icon in the upper right-hand corner to delete a chart or table from any presentation.
Other Enhancements:
“Patient Count” Columns Added to Hospitalization Rates Tables – “Patient Count” columns have been added under the high, medium, and low acuity column headers in the “Hospitalization Rates within 30 Days from Start of Care by Acuity” and “Hospitalization Rates within 90 Days from Start of Care by Acuity” tables. Note these columns will not be displayed by default. In order to view these columns, select them after clicking on the column icon in the upper-left corner of the table.
Updates to Excel Exports - Provider names, NPI numbers, and table titles now appear as header titles at the top of Excel exports. We have also modified the format for exporting numbers to avoid error messages in Excel.
