How to Log in to the Trella Health Solutions
To log in to the Trella Health Solution(s),
Step 1 - Navigate to the following URL:
Step 2 - Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields and click "Log In".
Step 3 - Choose which solution you want to visit.
If you have access to multiple Solutions, you will be given the option to choose which Solution to log in to. Otherwise, you will be taken directly to the Solution to which you have access.
During the first quarter of 2020, when you log in you will be able to access the original Trella Health solution(s) (on left) and the re-designed (and improved) solution(s) named Marketscape (on right).
How do I retrieve my Username and set my Password?
When we create your user account in the Trella Health Solutions, the only consistently unique identifiers for you are your username and your email. As a new user, you might not know your username, so the Username and Password retrieval process uses your email address.
The procedure in this article will be helpful for the following scenarios:
- You are a new user and want to retrieve your username and password for the first time.
- You have forgotten your password and need to reset it.
In either case, the procedure below will allow you to retrieve your username and reset your password, and all you need is your company email address.

Steps for retrieving your username and resetting your password
Step 1 - Navigate to https://app.trellahealth.com/reset
OR: Click on "Forgot Password" on the main login page:
Either option in step 1 will navigate to the Reset password page which looks like this:
Step 2 - Enter your company email address and click on "Send password reset email."
There are two possible outcomes when you click the button:
You will see this error if:
1 - You have entered your email incorrectly, please try again.
2 - Your email is not in our database. If that happens, send us an email at email@example.com.
If you see this, move to step 3.
This step generates an email with a link and you have 15 minutes to complete the process.
Step 3 - Check your email - it should look like this:
Please note that your username is at the end of the first line of this email. Some companies use email addresses as the Username since it is already unique.
Step 4 - In the email, click on "Reset Password."
This will open up a web page that has the following form:
Step 5 - Type your new password into each field and click on "Change."
Your password has been reset. You now have a working username and password. Return to the Login page https://app.trellahealth.com to log in.
If you do not receive the receive the password reset email (Step 3):
- Check your spam or junk email folder.
- It is possible that your company has network or email security settings that block the password reset emails. If that happens, contact your IT department so they can make the required changes to allow emails through, and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us that you did not receive the email so we can create a password for you to expedite your access. The twist here is that the password reset emails and support emails come from the same address, so if you don't get one, you might not get the other. Talk to your IT team to suggest they let our emails through.
The password reset link in the email is only good for 15 minutes from the time you generate it until you need to have your new password entered. If you do not click "Reset Password" in the email within 15 minutes, you will need to complete the process again to get a new password reset email.
