Marketscape integrates metrics into sales activities such as managing a territory, creating account plans, and engaging an account in an entirely new way- learn how Marketscape can improve your organization’s business development productivity.
Assign and Prioritize Accounts to Improve Territory Management
As a salesperson, staying organized is essential for reaching high levels of productivity. Managers can now clarify the providers for which the salesperson is responsible. Once completed, the salesperson’s home page shows assigned accounts, so the salesperson can quickly find their accounts and stay focused on providers that are most likely to increase referrals. Additionally, the salesperson can capture how they intend to target each account and prioritize their list of targets. With the ability to quickly drill into each account for additional detail, territory planning, and reviews have never been easier.
Explore Your Market with Precision
When you can quickly determine the best accounts to pursue, you have more time to engage those accounts and grow referrals. The Explore page helps you find the best accounts with flexible location filters and additional metrics in the search results. Since exploration is often iterative, you can save filter settings so building upon your previous research takes minimal effort.
Simplify Account Planning with Charts and Insights
Within Marketscape, the same metrics are available as our original solution, but they are organized to better facilitate account planning. Insights brings key metrics to the forefront. Charts allow you to see trends for metrics such as Patient Volume and Readmit rate. For those times when you just want to see the numbers, you can drill down on the charts or turn off “Chart View”. Finally, tabs provide a more direct path to popular metrics, such as Sources and Destinations tables. Detailed metrics on referral sources and competitors have never been more accessible!
Engage Providers with Personalized, Data-driven Presentations
One of the new capabilities within Marketscape is the ability to create presentations, allowing you to articulate your organization’s value to physicians and facilities. Quickly and simply compile key metrics into a compelling format you can share with current accounts or to make your case to target providers.
Choose between creating a templated or custom presentation. For physicians, the default presentation provides background on the physician’s practice and benchmarks for your selected competitors. From a provider’s Analyze page, add relevant charts to your clipboard that you can easily insert into a presentation.
In addition to displaying information in a consistent and compelling way, building presentations directly within Marketscape saves valuable time. There’s no need to export, organize, or format data across multiple systems. You can also share presentations with members of your organization.
The Engage page organizes your presentations into an easy to navigate library. You can search by name or filter by provider type in addition to viewing presentations others have shared with you. If you’d prefer to bring a hard copy of a presentation to a meeting, simply print the images or reports you want as a leave behind.
View New Metrics
We’ve listened to your requests for integrating more metrics to help you tell your story and have added two new metrics:
Star Ratings for facilities and home health agencies provide quick insight into how the provider is performing according to CMS’s Star Ratings System.
Risk Scores provide insight into the amount of care that can be expected for a patient population and help calibrate a provider’s performance relative to its peers. Risk scores are available for all providers.
The metrics are accessible from the Analyze pages as well as the search results on the Explore Page.
Although all Home Health and Hospice customers will have access to Marketscape, individual users will not be presented Marketscape upon login unless the administrator has granted the role of “Marketscape Access” to the user. Users with the Marketscape Access role will still be able to use the original applications too. All available applications will be presented upon login and the application selector allows users to easily transition between solutions.
