Login information for users with access to both Marketscape and Mosaic.
New Account
Log in Process
The URL for the login page is https://app.trellahealth.com.
There are two slightly different login processes depending on whether your company is set up for Single Sign On (SSO). In short, SSO allows you to log in using your company's internal log in credentials. This means one of two things if your company uses SSO:
- When you use the Marketscape login process, you will actually be re-directed to your company's login process to be verified, and then re-directed to Marketscape, or
- If you are already logged in to your company, you will be taken directly to Marketscape. In this situation, you won't need to log in.
When you navigate to app.trellahealth.com, you will see the image to the right. As prompted, enter your company email address.
When you click "Continue to Log In" there will be two possibilities

What kind of user am I? Well, it turns out that you don't need to know this. When you enter your email address, we check your account type and send you in the correct direction. You will know based on what you see next

- The Login page looks like the image to the right. New Users - Enter your Account email and your temporary password. Return Users - Enter your Account email and your password.
- Click the Sign in button

Once the Single Sign On process identifies your email address, you will be see the image on the right. Click on the green button with your company name |

New Users - If this is your first sign in, you will be required to provide a new password. The password requirements are shown in the image. - Enter the password of your choice. - click on Change Return Users - nothing else needed - you have logged into Marketscape! |
What you see at this point depends on your company. You will log in using your company credentials. When you have completed logging in, you will be re-directed to Marketscape.

Forgot your Password
If you forget your password, you can create a new password by following this process.
If you are an SSO user, you will not be able to follow this procedure. You will need to use your company's internal process for changing your password.
Step 1 - Navigate to the sign in page Navigate to the log in page: https://app.trellahealth.com.

Step 2 - Enter your email address in the required field. |

Step 3 - Click on Forgot your Password This will take you to another page. |

Step 4 - Enter your Email Enter your Account email in the field named "email." Click "Reset my password." This will send an email to the email address you entered. |

Make contact with your account administrator to confirm your email address, OR try another email address. |

Step 5 - Open Product Notification email The email you receive will include a 6 digit code. Copy that code |

Step 6 - Enter the Code Enter the six digit code into the "Code" field.

Step 6 - Choose a new password Enter a new password - twice
Click on "Change Password" |

Step 7 When you click on the "Change Password" button, you will be taken to the log in page where you can enter your email address and new password. |
Reset Password
If you want to change your password, you have two ways to do this.
- Log out from Marketscape, and follow the "Forgot your password" procedure. (Above)
- Follow the Procedure below
Step 1 - Click on your name at the top right of any page in Marketscape
Step 2 - Click on settings
Step 3 - Click on "Change my password."
Step 4 - Type your new password.
If you are an SSO user, you will not be able to follow this procedure. You will need to use your company's internal process for changing your password.
Account Issues
For the most part, account issues can be resolved by clicking on the "Forgot your Password?" link on the sign in page: https://app.trellahealth.com.
Issue | Solution |
I don't know which email to use | This should be your company email address. You will need to get in touch with your company's account administrator in order to confirm the email address on your account. |
I'm new! I don't have an account yet. | You will need to make contact with your company's account manager so they can verify the correct settings and set up your account. |
I have access to the wrong State! | As long as your company has contracted for the state you want, your account administrator can add access to additional states. |
I need another Line of Business! | Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing. If you need access to an additional line of business you will need to make contact with your account administrator. |
I don't know who my Account Administrator is! | Send and email to Trella Health Support and we will track down your company's account Administrator. |
I can't see the Explore page. | If you have been assigned the role Focused Sales Rep, you will not be able to see the Explore page. You will need to ask your account administrator to gain a higher level of access. |
Any other Error | If nothing else works, send an email to the Trella Health support team and we will help you. |
Login for users of both Marketscape and Mosaic
If you have an account in both Marketscape and Mosaic, your password will be the same for both products. Your password will be aligned for both products automatically when your accounts are set up; you do not need to do anything to make this happen.
If you can't log in to either product, navigate to the login page and click on "Forgot your password?" Since the products are linked, you will then be able to reset your password for both. You can do this from the login page for either product.
