Make Your Case in the Field with Sales Spotlight Emails
Before speaking with a referring physician, send a data-centric script of conversation starters straight to your inbox with Marketscape’s new Sales Spotlight feature. To receive your Sales Spotlight script, visit the Insights tab of your target physician’s Analyze page, select the agency you would like data for with the “My Agency” drop down, and click the green “Email Sales Spotlight” button. Within minutes, you’ll receive a breakdown of the physician’s top metrics, including the top 3 home health destinations, as well as a brief but in-depth comparison of how your agency compares to their top referral destinations. Head out on your calls armed with clear data-empowered talking points, easily accessible straight from your email!
Refine Your Targeting with Medicare Advantage Patient Volume
Medicare Advantage patient volume for all providers can now be found as a column on the Explore page. With this new data point, you can better leverage MA population data to influence how you approach or qualify a referral source, in addition to understanding the payer mix of your agency’s competitors. Please note that the data currently available in Marketscape is from the years 2016 and 2017, though more recent Medicare Advantage data will soon be added to the product!

Managers: Receive Usage Reports Straight to Your Inbox
With the new Manager Usage Report automation, tracking your team’s Marketscape activity has never been easier. Early every Monday morning, sales managers will receive a weekly usage report (Sunday-Sunday) for Marketscape straight to their inbox. Managers can also find this report in the My Activity tab, formerly called the “Manager Report.”
Other Enhancements:
New "Reset to Default Order” Button in Explore: You can now easily reset your Explore page column order to the original default setting with a click of the “Reset to Default Order” button.
Average Daily Census column in Explore: Discover the average number of patients an agency treats per day with the new Average Daily Census column in the Home Health Agencies Explore page view. This metric is calculated as the sum of patient days during the most recently available one-year reporting period (currently Q3 2019-Q2 2020), divided by 365.
Monitor Your Marketscape Usage with Usage Reports: Curious about the reporting your manager is seeing on your Marketscape activity? Now non-manager users can see their own Marketscape utilization report that is shared with their manager by looking in the My Activity tab.
New RPG and BPCI Metrics Table for Hospitals: Now sales reps can tailor their message to hospitals even further with Readmission Penalty Group (RPG) and Bundled Payments for Care Improvement (BPCI) metrics on hospital Analyze pages. These new metrics can be found at the bottom of the Utilization and Quality tab.
New MS-DRG, RPG, and BPCI Metrics for Agencies With the new MS-DRG, RPG, and BPCI quality metrics in Home Health Analyze pages, you can see the patient volume, average and median length of stay, and readmission rate by clinical grouping for each home health agency. These metrics can be found on the bottom of the “Quality and Operational” tab in the “Length of Stay & Readmissions Rates – by Clinical Group” table. To view MS-DRG, RPG, or BPCI metrics, simply select the metric you’d like to see in the drop down in the top left corner of the table.
New “Contract State” Column on Medicare Advantage Table: If you aren’t sure of the exact contract number for a certain MA plan but you do know the state(s) in which the contract exists, you can use the new “Contract State” column in the Medicare Advantage table of the provider Analyze page to help refine your search.
